September 2024 Rescues
Georgie: A sweet black cat whose owner passed away. During vetting, she tested positive for FIV. Fortunately we found a home that already had a FIV positive cat that was willing to adopt her!.
Sherlock: a very handsome stray with big brown eyes - about 2 years old.

Melody: A sweet Pitbull mix about 2 years old.

Cobalt: A 12 year old yellow lab mix that was surrendered to animal control when his owner went into assisted living.

Floki: A sweet stray beagle, about 5 years old. He and Cobalt became good buddies while at Animal Control.

Peaches: An emaciated, injured stray beagle mix picked up by animal control. She's about 2 years old. Her back leg was broken and infected. It had been that way for a while :( HH paid to have her leg amputated. She is healing well and getting along just fine.

Pansy, Petunia, and Periwinkle: 3 tiny kittens found on a delivery truck. The company called Lovingston Vet when they discovered the kittens, and we agreed to take them. They were only about 7 days old. Our good friend, Georgie Shufran, agreed to take them and bottle feed them. She has years of experience, and they are now thriving in her care :)
